Each session will last 45 minutes, with 30-40 minutes dedicated to the presentation and 10-15 minutes reserved for open discussion.
These sessions will not be recorded so participants can share freely during open discussion.

About our speaker:
Debbie Strawser has over 30 years of HR experience in various industries, including banking and retail, and 20 years in health care. She has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
Debbie loves partnering with clients to understand their businesses, helping them maximize their employee resources for successful business results, while creating a work environment where employees are engaged and flourishing. She is a creative problem solver, finding solutions to meet all stakeholders' needs. Lisa Prescott is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience helping organizations align their people strategies with business goals. As HR Manager at ScrogginsGrear, she specializes in performance management, talent acquisition and development, and behavioral assessments.
A SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Lisa’s consultative leadership style allows her to effectively support management teams in making data-informed hiring and development decisions. She brings a strong background in coaching, conflict resolution, and aligning HR practices with business goals, having served a diverse client base as a long-time consultant prior to her current role.
