General Information
Exhibit Space: Due to the layout of the venue and time restrictions for setup and teardown, full pipe and drape will not be provided. This will be a Tabletop-Only exhibit experience. Please plan your booth accordingly. Exhibit tables will be located in the General Session room alongside attendees.
Attendee Demographics: We anticipate approximately 50–60 medical practice executives, healthcare leaders, and early careerists from across Ohio to attend this event. Attendees include medical group administrators, C-suite executives, directors, clinic managers, billing managers, and key team members, representing all medical specialties.
Participants come from organizations of all sizes and delivery models, with the majority representing small to mid-sized medical practices (1–50 providers). Attendees are actively seeking exposure to new products, services, and technologies—in addition to the educational content provided.

Cancellation Terms: Any company wishing to cancel their submitted commitment for this conference must notify conference management in writing at
info@hlaoh.com. A non-refundable administrative fee of $200.00 will be withheld from all refunds, in addition to the cost of any promotional items already purchased. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 17, 2025.
Statement of Agreement: By submitting registration and payment, your organization—and all representatives participating in the event—agree to comply with the Sponsor Terms, Conditions, and Policies provided by the host association(s) and/or conference management. Your organization acknowledges that all sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and require payment in full at the time of submission.
Your organization further understands that the host association(s) and/or conference management reserve the right to remove or refuse participation by any registered organization or its personnel from the conference or any related events if, at their sole discretion, they determine behavior to be unprofessional, irresponsible, or in violation of event guidelines and policies.
